Yesterday, Ambrose finally pulled up to stand on his own! He has no trouble standing up, either by holding someone’s fingers/hands or being placed up against a piece of furniture. Monday was Gregory’s namesday; his patron is St Gregory the Great also called St Gregory the Dialogist or St Gregoy, Pope of Rome. We celebrated at the home of his godparents. He started crawling on Saturday and is, apparently, following in his biggest brother’s footsteps. David didn’t crawl until he was almost 11 months old. Then he took his first steps on his first birthday and was walking by 13 months. We’ll see is Ambrose does the same! Here’s a little video of him talking:
