Our Annual Trip to the Orchard
By michelle | November 9, 2009
We have had to reschedule this trip several times this year, so my friend, Sarah, and I finally took the kids this past Friday while my hubby was away on a business trip. It was sad not to have him with us, but if we hadn’t gone, we would have lost our chance. There were hardly any good pumpkins or apples left, so we came home with two “baby” pumpkins, three little gourds, a box of apple cider doughnuts and some caramel popcorn. We paid $10 for the children to play in the play area and go to the petting zoo, and it was certainly worth it because they had the time of their lives. Punky is already talking about going back next year.

Man, I’d be sick after playing in all that hay. Looks like a lot of fun though. I have awful allergies when I get around hay. Hopefully the kids didn’t get my genes on that.

That looks so FUN! That hay bail is huge and the slides look awesome! Glad you had a chance to get there, I’m sure the kids had a blast!
