King Arthur Flour Giveaway!

I am very picky when it comes to flour, especially Whole Wheat Flour. I was excited when I found King Arthur’s Traditional 100% Whole Wheat in my local grocery story. It is fantastic- it isn’t too grainy like some other brands. King Arthur Flour also offers several types of baking flour, as well as All Natural Baking Mixes.
King Arthur’s is now offering an Unbleached White Whole Wheat Flour in both regular and organic. It is milled from hard white spring wheat, rather than traditional red wheat, which makes lighter-colored, milder-tasting baked goods. You can substitute White Whole Wheat Flour for all-purpose flour in any cookie, quickbread, or brownie recipe and no one will not the difference, but you will be giving them a healthier treat than they expected!

Ok. So my husband has Celiac’s so he is gluten free. My naturopath has advised me to limit my wheat intake… SO, why would I sign up to win a bag of flour? This is a very good brand of flour. And we have a rotation of proforo bakers in our parish. Now, I know that the website doesn’t list prosforo as one of it’s recipes, but if I were to win the flour, I would use it when it is my turn to make prosforo (we do a whole wheat/white flour mix in our recipe). In fact, it will be my turn on Oct. 25. So does this count as an entry?!?! I will post about it on my blog, too:)
