My Mom’s Chemotherapy Begins Today

By | May 12, 2009

My mom’s chemotherapy will start TODAY, Tuesday, May 12th.

She has the PICC line put in at 8am.  She will be in the hospital for about a week.

I will continue to update fairly regularly.

Please keep her in your prayers!!

The kids and I leave in about a week to visit my family.  Please pray that we will all stay healthy so that we do not have to cancel the trip.  I had to take Spunky to the pediatrician yesterday, and it turns out that she has a double ear infection.  Please pray that she will heal quickly and that they rest of us will not get sick.  Thanks!

Praying for your mom. And I hope your trip goes well.
Also, I think it’s funny, but cloth diapering makes me so happy! I sit there stuffing my diapers and think about how blessed I am. :>

May God give her strength to endure this…
I have a dear friend who went through months of chemo and today is the first day of radiation for her.

Lord have mercy. My small prayers. I hope the chemo goes as well as it can for your Mom. And I hope Spunky feels better soon; poor thing.
