Our Talkie Monkey: Spunky

Recently, I stopped writing down all of the things that Spunky can say because there are just too many to remember. But here are a few highlights from this week:
- she turned to me and said “dancing”, and then started to dance
- she started saying “juice” this week and then it turned into “juice in cup”
- “get down”– she says this a lot, especially when trying to climb out of her highchair
- “where is Jesus?” (we were reading a book when she asked that)
- she now calls “Daddy”, “Dad”
- she is always calling, “Leo, Leo, Leo” (our Labradoodle)
Today I read an article about speech development and what a child her age (14 months) can say. Well, she is almost to the level of a two-year-old!! I am sure that by 18 months she’ll almost be caught up to her brother.

Wow you have been busy with all these entries, and I guess I have been since I haven’t seen them all. Love all the pictures as usual. They bring me great joy!!

She’s talking so much! Time to introduce other languages… I grew up in a bilingual home, speaking french and english. Play their disney DVD’s and select spanish or french in the language option!
